This is just a short excerpt from a much longer lecture available from the Episcopal Bookstore. Here CS Lewis talks about the novels of his friend and fellow member of The Inklings–Charles Williams. The photo on the right is Lewis, left is Williams. Williams wrote many books and slews of book reviews during his tenure as editor with Oxford Press. He is best known for his seven otherworldly novels, of which “All Hallows’ Eve” and “Descent Into Hell” are probably the most widely celebrated. Besides CS Lewis, TS Eliot and WH Auden were also both good friends and big fans of Williams. There is also an excellent DVD movie available about CS Lewis from Discovery House simply called: “The Life Of CS Lewis”. The link below will take you to the cheapest outlet I’ve been able to find for it (only $12.00). www.christiancinema.com

Then, Batman #676 kicks off Grant Morrison’s Batman RIP arc. Then, we check out Iron Man #29 which reminds us a lot of Invincible Iron Man. In the speed round, we review Locke & Key #4, Serenity: Better Days 3, X-Men Legacy #211, Lost Boys: Reign of Frogs #1 and Thunderbolts #120. Viewer Mail: Agmaster on the Pulp Secret forums asks us our thoughts on comic book characters appearing in multiple locations in multiple story arcs at the same time.

FOR MORE CAR VIDEOS & REVIEWS CHECK OUT www.kbb.com Saturn VUE. Versatile, practical and stylish could be the mantra of the 2008 Saturn VUE. A mid-size SUV with plenty of cargo-hauling ability and seating for five, the 2008 Saturn VUE has been revamped to reflect European design elements and a higher level of interior refinement. The previous generation Saturn VUE didn’t have much pizzazz — the conventional large-SUV design features didn’t work well with the Saturn VUE’s smaller dimensions. The new-generation Saturn VUE is both larger and more stylish, offering more appeal to singles and families wanting an easy-riding SUV with plenty of character. A hybrid version of the VUE offers more sophisticated technology and even better gas mileage. But the 2008 Saturn VUE does not offer a third row of seating, though some of its competitors do. For more new car reviews, interviews and automotive news visit kbb.com today.

Is the Bible authentic? Who really wrote the Bible? Was the bible corrupted as Muslims claim? Representing the Agnostic perspective was Prof. Bart D. Erhman : Prof. Ehrman is a New Testament scholar and textual critic of early Christianity, he is the James A. He came to UNC in 1988, after four years of teaching at Rutgers University. Prof. Ehrman completed his M.Div. and Ph.D. degrees at Princeton Seminary, where his 1985 doctoral dissertation was awarded magna cum laude. Since then he has published extensively in the fields of New Testament and Early Christianity, having written or edited nineteen books, numerous articles, and dozens of book reviews.
